Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2019 and further direct the 1st Respondent to construct a compound wall to the Government Adhidravidar Elementary School, Ranimaharajapuram, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District to provide a healthy environment Clear ambience to the students.

WP(MD). No.8076 of 2020 Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.M.Muthugeethaiyan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Officials submitted that as per the earlier order passed by this Court dated 27.07.2020, a compound wall has been constructed and they have also produced photographs as proof of the same.

2. Since the earlier order of this Court dated 27.07.2020 has been complied, no further order is required.
