Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the sureties granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3821 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6819 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this amendment petition is ordered and time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
