ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report pending against them in Crime No.20 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from Mr.R.Raja, Sub-Inspector of Police, B1 Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram, who is also present before this Court, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2016 has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate, on 28.02.2019, as against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 323 & 506(i) IPC.

3. In such view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if they so desire. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
