PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in CrMP No.513 of 2013 and the earlier petitions in the matter for recovery of arrears of maintenance in accordance with law.

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in CrMP No.513 of 2013.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that CrMP No.513 of 2013 is pending from the year 2013 on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and prays for a speedy disposal of the same.

3.In view of the fact that CrMP is of the year 2013, there will be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the CrMPNo.513 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance of this order immediately after completion of the proceedings, to this Registry. 4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
