Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 6 to conduct the proper enquiry and cancel the wrong classification as "Government porompoke Kalvi" and consequently provide the patta to the petitioner based on sale deed dated 25.02.1952 by Doc.No.351/1952 in respect of S.Nos.149, 150, 151 and 152 extent about 3 acre 57 cents situated at Amaravathi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

*********** Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Second Appeal is pertaining to the same subject matter, he seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to seek for a similar relief as and when the Second Appeal is disposed of. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
