ORDER

When the matter was taken up for final hearing on 05.04.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he has withdrawn his appearance and he has also filed a memo for withdrawing his appearance before the Registry. This Court by order, dated 05.04.2019, directed the Registry to verify and list the case on 12.04.2019 by printing the name of the petitioners. Hence, the case was listed for hearing on 12.04.2019 and on that day there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the petition was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today (i.e.,15.04.2019).
