This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.52 of 2015 on the file of the Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Madurai District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after investigation, the case has been closed as mistake of fact on 06.12.2019.

3.Though the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal", now the case itself closed as mistake of fact and therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
