This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 90 of 2015 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thiruvegampathu Police Station, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in respect of Crime No. 90 of 2015 investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, on 29.07.2015 and since the same was returned by the Court, the final report is yet to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ re-presented.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected M.P is also closed.
