(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) We find no merits in this writ petition inasmuch as the third respondent has not encroached the water channel for his personal use as alleged by the petitioner.

2. On instructions of the District Collector, the Block Development Officer has laid the road for the benefit of public vide proceedings in e.f.gp5/1831/20 dated 25.10.2020. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
