This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.75 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list this matter today, i.e., 03.12.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3.Again, today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
