ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 220(b) and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.568 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent submitted that there are serious allegation against the petitioner and he opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.It is seen that the petitioner had received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the defacto complainant after giving false promise that he would get him job in abroad. It is beyond the dispute that the petitioner had arranged to send the defacto complainant and others only on tourist visa. The person sent on tourist visa would not get any work permit. this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
