Seeking a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi to expedite the trial in C.C.No.463 of 2013 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2013, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same in C.C.No.463 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.
