The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2018 and to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.461/4A an extent of 67 cents, S.No.461/2 and 461/4C an extent of 8-1/2 cents, situated at Thoothur Village of Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
