Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Sembarani Panchayat. His grievance is that Panchayat is not having a permanent Secretary. The earlier Secretary had retired on 30.04.2016. The petitioner had given a representation in this regard on 18.01.2020.

3.The petitioner's request appears to be reasonable. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
