PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the 5th respondent from carrying out the tender works, notified in the fourth respondent's tender notification in Na.Ka.No.216 of 2020 dated 29.05.2020 and consequently to direct the fourth respondent to open the all tender applications in the presence of all tenderers and to declare the successful bidder, as per the conditions, prescribed in the fourth respondent's above notification as well as based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2020.
