ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter is presently pending before the Social Welfare Officer. The First Information Report in this case is yet to be registered.

3.Therefore, recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the respondent later in time registers the First Information Report, the petitioner will be duly given notice under Section 41 A Cr.P.C. The petitioner would be given breathing time to approach this Court.
