2. Since the revision petitions are filed for early disposal of the cases, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.
3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the respondents have filed counter in the said MCOPs and thereafter, memo was filed for joint trial on MCOP.Nos.55 and 56 of 2018 on 13.05.2019 and the proof affidavit was filed by PW.1. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent / Insurance Company has filed TR.CMP.Nos.222 and 223 of 2019, which were dismissed by this Court on 12.11.2019. Now, the matters were posted for cross examination of PW.1 from the date till today. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present revisions seeking the early disposal of the MCOPs.
4. Since the MCOPs are pending from the year 2018 and also considering the pathetic situation of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to direct the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District @ Srivilliputur to dispose the MCOP.Nos. 55 and 56 of 2018 (old.No.MCOP.Nos.121 and 122 of 2018), pending on its file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
