ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2026.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the third respondent has already filed civil suit in O.S.No.340 of 2025 before the learned District Judge, Trichy, as against the son of the petitioner seeking declaration of title and other prayers. Pending civil suit, the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Based upon the complaint, the petitioner is being harassed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as a civil dispute on 25.02.2026 and the petitioner would not be called further.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
