O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to secure the body or person of his daughter, namely, Durga Lakshmi, aged about 20 years, produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is alleged by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the habeas corpus petition that his daughter is missing from 14.07.2020 and the respondent Police have not taken any action despite the fact that a case in Crime No.286 of 2020 has been registered.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, by producing a copy of the Notary attested Declaration Deed, dated 20.07.2020, executed by the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.470 of 2020 daughter Durga Lakshmi, submitted that the detenue is aged about 20 years and she married the third respondent - M.Vasanthakumar on 15.07.2020 and the marriage was performed in his house.

4. In the light of the above facts, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
