O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to comply with Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to compel appearance of the accused for investigation in Crime No.136/2015 dated 01.09.2015 pending with the second respondent police subject to orders of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case in Cr.No.136 of 2015 has been transferred from the file of the V.K.Pudur Police Station, V.K.Pudur, Tirunelveli District to the file of the Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station on 29.09.2015. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submitted that the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station is going to file an action dropped report.

4. If that is so, the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station, is directed to serve Referred Charge Sheet notice on the petitioner/defacto complainant, so that he can work out his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
