ORDER

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus seeking cancellation of patta given to the respondents 5 & 6 and restore the patta in the petitioner's name.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 & 6 and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
