ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of representation dated 09.04.2019. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3.According to the petitioner due to Civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the third respondent made a complaint to the second respondent police. Based on the compliant, the second respondent police continuously harassed the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by second respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.144 of 2019 and the same was closed on 01.03.2019 by observing that it is a purely civil dispute.

6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
