PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.193 of 2013.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.193 of 2013.

2. The learned Additional Pubilc Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirappalli District, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.193 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
