ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the third accused in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, seeking to quash the FIR, wherein he has been charged with offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS.

2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the FIR.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and acknowledges the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2025.

4. Considering the above said facts, the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of first respondent police is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 18.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order. 18.03.2026 TTA 2/4
