This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents herein to restore the pathway in Survey No.95/4 situated at Odaipatty Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, so to enable the petitioner to use the same.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. According to the petitioner, he has filed the present writ petition for restoration of the pathway in Survey No.95/4 situated at Odaipatty Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, to enable him to use the same.

4. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced certain documents including the "A" Register. It is seen from the "A" Register that Survey No.95/4 is shown as 'Pathway' and Survey No.95/5 is shown as 'Anatheenam land'. She would further submit that Survey No.95/5 has already been handed over to the Fire Service Department and that there is no interference with the usage of Survey No.95/4, which has already been used as a Pathway. 2/4
