2.The learned Additional District Munsif, Aruppukottai, has submitted a letter dated 23.11.2021 through the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.245 of 2011.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Additional District Munsif, Aruppukottai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Judge and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
