ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., in Crime No.101 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.Though this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, considering the nature of allegation made in the First Information Report and taking into account of the fact that the petitioner is studying B.E. (Aeronautical) at Mohammed Sathak Engineering College, Keelakarai, Ramanathapuram District, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.101 of 2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. It is open to the defacto complainant to withdraw the said amount.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
