ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to 1/4

direct the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.268 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 and file the final report within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in this case, already they completed the investigation and the final report is ready. They will file the final report within one week.

3. In view of the same and recording the submission of the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to file the final report within one week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
