In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2014 in the light of guidelines issued in relation to the educational loan scheme by the department of finance and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as specified by this Court forthwith in charging interest, penal interest, interest on other caption forthwith.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.This writ petition has been filed on the basis of alleged representation dated 10.09.2014.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents brought to notice of this Court that actually the petitioner was called to attend Lok Adalat on 17.09.2014. Conveniently he makes representation dated 10.09.2014 and posted the same on 18.09.2014 and therefore the prayer of the writ petitioner to consider the representation dated 10.09.2014 cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accepted. However, it is open to the petitioner to apply fresh and approach authorities. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
