ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.69/2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate 3, Tirunelveli and it was taken on file in CC.No.765 of 2019. It is further submitted that on the basis of the order that has been passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.12888/2019, the entire proceedings has been quashed and the matter has become infructuous.
