O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the CrMP No.3075 of 2015 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

2.The reasons stated by the petitioner to seek transfer is that the petitioner is not in a position to attend the Court hearing at Paramakudi and he has been unnecessarily added in the proceedings by the respondent.

3.This Court is not convinced with the reasons given by the petitioner, who is seeking for a transfer of the Case. 4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in MC No.6 of 2014 within period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
