This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to avail better treatment in the Tuticorin Medical College Government Hospital for the petitioner's husband namely Muthupandi, S/o.Krishnan Remand Prisoner of Palayamkottai Central prison, Tirunelveli in Crime No.52 of 2019 on the file of the fifth respondent police Station under the Supervision of the fourth respondent or to admit the remand prisoner Muthupandi, S/o.Krishnan in a Private Specialty Hospital and to provide better medical treatment.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's husband was arrested and thereafter released on bail. But, no particulars are available with regard to the bail order. 3.Let a report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, as to whether the petitioner's husband released on bail or not.

4.Post the matter on 13.12.2021.
