ORDER

The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.176/2015 filed by her against her husband for divorce. 2.Records reveal that after filing of the above HMOP on 26.02.2015, the petitioner has taken out an interlocutory application for interim maintenance after one year, in which, the respondent/husband has also filed his counter. 3.The Family Court, Madurai, after considering the interlocutory application for interim maintenance has passed an order on 19.12.2016. Immediately thereafter, the present revision petition is filed seeking expeditious disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.176/2015.

4.This Court is not inclined to give such a direction at this juncture, since it was the revision petitioner who has taken out interlocutory application belatedly and has invited the order in her favour very recently. If there is any extraordinary delay in disposal of the HMOP by the Family Court, it is always open to the revision petitioner to approach this Court after six months. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
