Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call calling for the records connected with the Impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. (4D) No. 11, Public Health and Family Welfare (No.2) Department, dated 29.06.2012, in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the consequential order of recovery passed by the 3rd respondent in his R.No.11228/A3/14, dated 16.07.2014, and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner from her date of appointment in the Category of Village Health Nurse from 09.11.2006.
