ORDER

It is represented by the counsel for the revision petitioners that he has instructed the petitioners to hand over the possession as per the order passed by this Court on 05.04.2017 and his information is that possession has already been handed over to the 1st respondent.

2.However, the counsel for the 1st respondent submits that possession has not been handed over to the 1st respondent so far. 3.This Court has already observed in the order dated 05.04.2017, that if the revision petitioners fail to hand over the key by 25.04.2017, the 1st respondent can proceed further forthwith. Therefore, the Execution Court shall re-issue the delivery warrant, if it is not so far executed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
