O R D E R
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to bring the petitioner's services under special time scale of pay in the scale of 13003000+300 with effect from 01.10.2013 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010 with consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had been working at the third respondent office for the past more than 28 years as Sanitary Worker. However, she has been paid only daily wags and not even minimum time scale of pay as per G.O.NO.385, has not been so far fixed or paid to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents on 21.04.2018. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the said representation of the petitioner is directed to be considered, within a time frame on merits, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2018 would be considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame, that may be fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the said submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2018, with regard to his grievance of bringing her under special time scale of pay of 1300-3000+300 as per G.O.No.385, Finance Department dated 01.10.2010, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders thereon, within a period of of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
