ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.54 of 2020 and to file final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that one of the accused in Cr.No.54 of 2020 filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10377 of 2020 to quash the FIR and the same was dismissed on 07.03.2023 with a direction to the second respondent herein to file final report within a period of eight weeks. Further, he submits that the investigation in this case is almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of four weeks. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report will be filed within a period of four weeks, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 04.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
