ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. It is seen that the petitioner Trust had constructed 10 houses. The second respondent Trust has constructed one house. However, the property tax assessment in respect of 9 houses is in the name of the second respondent Trust and only one house is being assessed in the name of the petitioner Trust. In order to rectify the same, the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.12.2023. The Commissioner, Trichirappalli City Municipal Corporation is directed to make appropriate changes in the property tax assessment register. Such an order shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
