This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the above case in Crime No.2 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent herein to any other competent investigating agency more particularly the third respondent herein for further investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ F.I.R., I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency, but it will serve the interest of

justice, if the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti is directed to monitor the investigation. Accordingly, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Usilampatti is directed to monitor the investigation in Cr.No.2 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uthappanaickanoor Police Station, Madurai District, so that the investigation is done effectively and efficiently.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
