O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the 4th respondent to withdraw the scheduled tender for collecting rent to the shop and collecting parking charge to the vehicle in the 4th respondents temple Arulmigu Moongilanai Kamatchi Amman Temple Situated at Devadanapatti Periyakulam Taluk Theni District festival from 17.2.2015 to 24.02.2015 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to take charge of the scheduled work and to take action against the tender for their violation of the tender conditions by considering the petitioners representation dated 03.02.2015. 2.It is seen that the very same petitioner filed W.P(MD) NO.19584 of 2014, challenging the tender notification. The said writ petition was also disposed of by me on 22.01.2015. Against which a writ appeal was also filed and the same was dismissed on 03.02.2015.

Subsequently, the auction was also over on 10.02.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
