This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.290 of 2020, dated 23.07.2020 on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Sub Court, Ambasamudram and the same is taken on file by the learned Sub Judge in SC No.872 of 2023 on 27.11.2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
