ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the accused in connection with Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police by considering representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stand disposed of.
