Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa/3508/2019, dated 31.01.2020 is liable to be quashed and consequent direction may be issued to the second respondent to regularize the petitioner's services and confer permanent status under Section 1(3) of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act, 1981 within a stipulated time. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has circulated a letter dated 15.06.2022 to the Registry requesting for withdrawal.
