This criminal original petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.4 of 2018 dated 22.02.2019 pending on the file of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, confirming the order passed in M.C.No.23 of 2012 dated 13.12.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2022, on considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter was settled between the parties and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6243 of 2019 the petitioner and the first respondent are living together, this Court has directed the petitioner and the first respondent to appear before this Court through virtually.
3.In pursuance of the said order, the petitioner and the first respondent have appeared before this Court virtually and both of them have specifically stated that they are now living together. 4.Since the petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.4 of 2018 challenging the order passed in M.C.No.23 of 2012 and as the petitioner and the first respondent are now living together, nothing survives for further adjudication. 5.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
