RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS IN BOTH PETITIONS Prayer in CMP(MD). 3551/ 2020 in CRP(MD) No.534 of 2020 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the date of order passed by the Additional District Court cum EC Court, Thanjavur in EP No.87 of 2019 in MCOP No.67 of 2008 mentioned in the Memorandum of Grounds as 24.01.2020 instead of 20.02.2020.

Prayer in CMP(MD). 3376/ 2020 in CRP(MD) No.534 of 2020 : Pleased to grant an order of Interim Stay of the further proceedings in EP No.87 of 2019 in MCOP No.67 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District Court cum EC Court, Thanjavur pending disposal of the above Civil revision petition. Pleased to call for the entire records pertain to the order passed by the Additional District Court cum EC Court, Thanjavur in E.P.No.87 of 2019 in M.C.O.P No.67 of 2008 dated (*)24.01.2020, set aside the same.

CMP(MD) Nos.3551 and 3376 of 2020 ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.PETHU RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner, in both petitions, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the impugned order under challenge was dated 24.01.2020 whereas the petitioner inadvertently has stated as 20.02.2020 the date on which the matter was adjourned. Therefore, he filed the amendment application to amend the date of order passed in E.P.No.87 of 2019 in MCOP.No.67 of 2008 as 24.01.2020 instead of 20.02.2020. 2.Being satisfied with the averments made in the supporting affidavit, this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main Civil Revision Petition.

4.Post on 15.04.2021.
