Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SANGKAR GANESH, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4522 of 2018 has been filed to extend the time for appearing before the Judicial Magistrate for a further period of 15 days as per the order in in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8582 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018 and Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4523 of 2018 has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8582 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018.

that with regard to Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4523 of 2018 the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed on them regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4523 of 2018 is totally relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
4.As far as the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4522 of 2018 is concerned, the time for surrender and execution of sureties before the concerned Judicial Magistrate is extended by a further period of two weeks.
