[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking to produce the alleged detenu namely B.Ananthsubash Chandhirabose before this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the alleged detenu B.Ananthsubash Chandhirabose has been involved in a criminal
case and he was arrested by the J13 Taramani Police Station in Cr.No.80 of 2024 on 01.04.2024 and an arrest intimation has also been served on the detenu's mother.
3. In view of the same, we find that there is no illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] NCC :
