Mr.Kannan Alagar C O M M O N O R D E R The above CMPs have been filed to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the Review Applications against the order made in CRP. (MD).No.1757 of 2010 dated 20.03.2019.

2. Review SR have been filed to review the order passed in CRP(PD).(MD).No.1439 and 1757 of 2010 dated 20.03.2019.

3. There is undoubtedly an inordinate delay in the filing of the review application. There is a delay of more than 11 months in preferring the review. The applicant has utterly failed to show sufficient cause to condone the enormous delay of 340 days in filing the review application. 2/4

On an overall view of the grounds taken in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for review applicant, would make it clear that there is no error apparent on the face of the record warranting review of order dated 20.03.2019. In such circumstances, application for condonation of delay is wholly misplaced and so I do not find any merit in the application for condonation of delay and as such, the same is dismissed. Consequently, Review SR are rejected. No costs. 03.02.2023 Index: Yes / No nvsri 3/4
