ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 17/10/2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Theni, vide the Letter in D.No.86/2020, dated 15/05/2020 and none appeared of both the counsels, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2015. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 17.10.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.23 of 2015.
