O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3963/2021/A1, dated 01.04.2022 desealing the Moopanar madam belonged to petitioner trust within the time fixed by this Court.

2.It is seen that the President of the Dindigul District Parkkavakula Suruthimar Mooppanar Communal Trust has given representation, dated 29.11.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the representation, dated 29.11.2021 given by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
